Active are much higher in bleaching efficiency, in particular when used on very dark oils and those with a very high CHLOROPHYLL content. By offering a products ranges that makes highest reduction colour of impurities due to recover of highest surface area , that helps to producer to get less colour with minimal oil losses in standard rate of filtration.

FUNCTIONAL USE:

 For use in the Refining of Soybean, Rice bran, Coconut, Cotton, Palm kernel, (for high FFA), speciality oils like Mango , Neem, Saal fat and Shea oil. Its suitable for chemical and physical refining.

Recent developments in our industry include the introduction of speciality bleaching earths to be used to lower the amount of 3-MCPDe (3-Monochloropropane-1,2-diol esters) and Ge (Glycidyl esters) in certain edible oils and fats.

3-MCPDe is a chemical compound that can be created in some margarine, vegetable oils and animal fats when heated. It is suspected of being carcinogenic and Genotoxic, and tests are carried out to ensure foods do not contain dangerous amounts. The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) has acknowledged the health risks associated with 3-MCPDe, and other research institutes are assessing its presence in refined edible oils and fats. According to our specific products can be utilized to reduce the production of 3-MCPDe and Ge during the heating and refining process.
